The Full Standard First Aid CPR and AED Level C course contains up-to-date content and science from the 2015 Guidelines for First Aid, CPR and AED. In this course, you will learn the essential skills of patient care to protect and support the life of a suddenly ill or injured person until emergency medical services arrive. Instruction will cover first aid skills such as those that help in the control of bleeding, shock management, stabilizing fractures and dislocations.

Emergency First Aid Levels C & A
Emergency First Aid Level C is fast-paced and extensive 1-day course that delivers proven methods for providing basic, urgent assistance to injured or ill adults, children and infants. Through a combination of instruction, demonstration, and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to determine the severity of a patient’s condition and practice safe intervention when providing them with emergency support.
Target Group
This course is intended for the general public and work environment requiring first aid (Check with the OH&S regulations as to which course best suites your work environment).

BLS Provider CPR
Full, Renewal, Blended Online
The BLS Provider (CPR) course skills taught are 1- and 2-rescuer adult, child and infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), choking, automated external defibrillator (AED) training and the use of bag valve mask (BVM). The course is designed for healthcare providers who need a credentialed course and is also open to first responders who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements.
Renewal:
The BLS Healthcare Provider (C) Renewal course is offered to those who wish to update their knowledge and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). You must have successfully completed the Healthcare Provider (C) course within the past 12 months.

Full 4 Hours - Renewal 3 Hours
All BLS Certification Length: 1 year
BLS Provider Blended Online is the fundamental course for all healthcare and emergency medical providers, delivered in a flexible format. The course covers the same curriculum and teaches the same skills as the traditional instructor-led course but is delivered online through self-paced learning modules. Then followed by an in-classroom training to offer a comprehensive experience. The course covers single- and multi-rescuer basic life support skills, focusing on high-quality CPR and team dynamics in a wide variety of prehospital and in-facility settings.
Online time varies pending on learner.
Practical 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, pending on prior BLS training.

This has a focus on the Family home CPR & AED, and includes chocking for Adults, Childen and Babies. Includes basic certificate.
Want to learn CPR and get a bit of a WORKOUT!
Come join my CPR BOOT CAMP! Here we will do some CPR drills where you have run to get the AED while your partner does chest compressions. On the way you might have to do some lunges, squats, or jumping jacks.
No certificate, Just some cardio. Waiver required.
Or keep it on the low down and just run through some simple CPR scenarios.
Waivers Required.
Simple First AID: For Personal Interest ONLY! No certification provided. Pick a topic or two you want to cover, and we can just touch on those for what ever interests you the most. Contact me for topic list.

30 Minutes or 1 Hour, Your Choice.
All of the certifications for First Aid and CPR are done through the Heart & Stroke Foundation (HSF) of Canada. Since 2012, HSF no longer provides in class cards. Therefore, you will not receive a physical card at the end of your course.
You will receive an E-mail from Heart & Stroke stating that you have completed your course. They will provide you with an HSF ID number (If you do not currently have one) and a temporary password.
Here you will login and change your temporary password (or login with your already existing H&S account and password), verify your information and be able to print off all of your certifications under your, "My Certifications" (This takes you to all of your H&S certificates).
It is your responsibility as the "Student", (NOT the "Instructor") to login and print off your certifications from the Heart & Stroke website and provide proof of course completion. If you are having problems with navigating your personal profile, I am happy to help assist. I am always available to help, please let me know.
