Location and extra charges 

 

Broken Leg First Aid is proud to be a mobile business offering in house courses and courses in various locations.  Therefore, I am happy to travel to an area that best suites you.

When requesting a private course for your business and you are not able to host your course in house; a suitable location within your area will be located that will be capable of hosting First Aid and CPR classes. Due to the possibility of costs associated to reserving a room for a private booking extra charges may apply. In addition, out of town locations which require room reservations cancellations fees per the locations agreement will also be applied. This information will be provided upon completion of reservation. All extra fees will be charged accordingly.

 

​Unfortunately we do live in a country where our winter weather can be unpredictable. If a snow storm occurs and the road conditions are extreme a last minute class cancelation is possible (I am pleased to say this has not happened at this time). However, if this does occur you will be immediately notified, and your course will be rescheduled at your convenience, refunds will be provided, any applicable discounts and credits will be applied to future bookings.

Full payment is required two weeks prior to all courses!

 

If the course was not cancelled, you or your staff are a no show and do not attend, there is a $50 non-refundable fee per person, depending on some circumstances no refunds will be provided at all. In addition, all rental costs will be charged at full price and will not be refunded.
